By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any route, navigation, video, map, instructional material, digital content, or other service provided through DriveTest Route, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

2. Description of Services
DriveTest Route provides digital driving-test preparation resources, which may include:
- Driving-test route information
- Navigation and route guidance
- Interactive maps
- Route videos
- Driving-test preparation materials
- Practice information
- Test-centre information
- Digital instructional content
- Other related online resources
Our services are intended to help customers become familiar with potential driving-test areas and prepare for their road test.
3. No Guarantee of Road-Test Results
DriveTest Route does not guarantee that a customer will pass a G2, G, or any other driving test.
The actual route taken during a road test may differ from the routes, maps, navigation information, or other materials provided through our website.
Driving-test routes may change at any time due to DriveTest operational decisions, construction, road closures, traffic conditions, weather, examiner instructions, road conditions, safety considerations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for following all applicable traffic laws and the instructions of the road-test examiner.
4. Digital Products and Immediate Access
DriveTest Route primarily provides digital products and online services.
After successful payment, customers may receive immediate or substantially immediate access to purchased digital content, depending on the product purchased.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the product is a digital service and that access may begin immediately after purchase.
5. All Sales Are Final / No Voluntary Cancellation or Refund
All purchases are final.
Because DriveTest Route products are digital products and online services, orders cannot normally be cancelled after purchase and payments are non-refundable.
Customers should carefully review the product description, pricing, features, compatibility, and other information before completing payment.
We do not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the route, changes their road-test date or centre, fails a road test, does not use the purchased route, purchases the wrong route, does not like the route or navigation format, decides not to take the road test, or does not use the service after purchasing it.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting payment.
If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, the customer should contact us promptly at info@drivetestroute.com.
Any adjustment or refund for duplicate purchases is at the discretion of DriveTest Route and may depend on whether the duplicate digital content has been accessed or used.
7. Technical Problems
We make reasonable efforts to keep DriveTest Route available and functional. Temporary interruptions may occur because of website maintenance, hosting problems, internet service interruptions, software problems, mobile-device compatibility, third-party services, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A temporary technical interruption does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing access to a purchased product, contact us at info@drivetestroute.com so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, restore access.
8. Route Accuracy and Changes
Driving-test routes and road conditions can change. Information displayed on DriveTest Route is provided for preparation and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that a particular route will be used by a DriveTest examiner; that a route shown on the website will remain unchanged; that every road, intersection, sign, speed limit, construction area, or traffic condition will remain the same; that navigation instructions will always reflect current road conditions; or that a customer will encounter the exact route shown on the website during their test.
Customers must always follow current road signs, traffic laws, road conditions, and examiner instructions.
9. Navigation Disclaimer
Navigation and route information is provided as a preparation tool only.
Customers must not operate a mobile phone or navigation device in a manner that violates Ontario law or creates an unsafe driving situation.
Do not use your mobile device while driving unless its use is permitted by applicable law and can be done safely.
The driver remains solely responsible for safe vehicle operation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available through DriveTest Route is owned by or licensed to 5036721 Ontario Inc., unless otherwise stated.
Customers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased content for their own personal driving-test preparation.
Customers may not copy, resell, share account access, redistribute route information commercially, upload our videos to another website, reproduce our materials, create competing products using our proprietary materials, or share purchased access with other individuals.
11. Account Security
If an account is required, customers are responsible for keeping their login information confidential and must not share credentials with another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that account access is being shared, abused, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.
12. Prohibited Use
Customers agree not to use DriveTest Route to commit unlawful activities; circumvent security controls; copy or reproduce proprietary content; scrape or automatically collect website content; resell purchased access; distribute account credentials; interfere with website operation; or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
13. Third-Party Services
DriveTest Route may use third-party services such as payment processors, mapping services, hosting providers, analytics services, email services, or other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services.
14. Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be successfully processed before access to paid digital products is provided.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or technical errors before or after an order is processed. Where required by law, customers will be notified of material corrections.
15. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand applicable traffic laws; following DriveTest and examiner instructions; practising safe driving; confirming current road conditions; using route information responsibly; maintaining a valid driver's licence or learner authorization as applicable; and making their own decisions while operating a vehicle.
DriveTest Route is a preparation and informational service and is not a substitute for professional driving instruction.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5036721 Ontario Inc. and DriveTest Route will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the website, route information, navigation content, or other digital services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
17. Website Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website or its services from time to time. We may also update route information, navigation features, pricing, content, or other website features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
18. Privacy
Personal information submitted through DriveTest Route is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers should review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information through the website.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any applicable consumer rights provided by Ontario or Canadian law remain unaffected by these Terms.
