Customer Warranties

By using our online payment services, you confirm that:

• You will pay all charges incurred through the services

Payment Processing

• Payments are charged in USD currency

• All payments are debited to 5036721 Ontario Inc.

• Due to external banking systems, payment records may take 1–3 business days to update

Payment Security

• Payments are processed through Authorize.net using SSL encryption

• Credit card details are encrypted during transmission

• 5036721 Ontario Inc. does not store credit card information

Payment Confirmation

• Successful payments receive an email confirmation

• Failed payments will be notified to the customer

• We are not informed of the reason for payment failure

• Customers must arrange alternative payment methods if payment fails

• Upon verification, Drive Test Route will resend the purchased file via email
